Onsite coordination and overall management of vendors, wedding party, etc. on the day of the wedding or event (up to 15 hours)

Coordination of ceremony and reception venue(s) set up and tear down

(including any transportation of items between them)

pricing begins at $800 plus travel fees
Add-on:
Ceremony processional choreography – includes prior rehearsal

Coordination and assistance of set up the prior day and/or tear down the following day
$25/hour
*It is very important to Mollard Weddings that we be absolutely prepared to execute your event to the best of our ability, so if your guest list exceeds 150, we may need to bring on additional staff, whereas pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
*If we need to put in hours for travel outside the Kearney, NE area, or arrange for overnight lodging, package prices and mileage will be adjusted accordingly.
*All design and rental expenses through our preferred vendors will be in addition to Mollard Wedding’s service fees.
